  Expensive for a groom that takes 30 - 45 mins. Poor customer service, twice turned up for an appointment to find the premises shut. Avoid at all costs. And in reply to the manager, I did have appointments. The 1st time I called, finding the premises shut and I was informed there had been a "family emergency" - I made a further appointment within a few weeks. I was not willing to phone and re-book again when I turned up on time, on the right day, again - to closed premises, they had my contact details and could have left a message.
